We uphold the highest standards for our products, and if they arrive damaged or defective, we are happy to exchange them to meet your expectations
Replacing a damaged or defective item is as easy as 1-2-3:
Send an email to hello@robertmaxwellbooks.com with your order number, a short note, and 1-2 photos of the damaged or defective item .
The RBM team will review your replacement request and be in touch by email.
Once approved your replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
As an independent businesses we are unable to accept returns “just because”. Thank you in advance for your understanding and for carefully considering your purchases before making them. Due to the digital nature of ebooks and audiobooks, we are unable to offer refunds. Please consider your purchase carefully.
